Throughout the month we offer an exercise schedule, in Long Beach, CA for beginners and advanced. You will find yourself gaining energy, flexibility, and balance. Our exercise programs are the perfect way for you to get into shape. Our instructor is highly knowledgeable and trained in a variety of Eastern and holistic exercise styles.
Incorporating slow and controlled movements, Tai chi helps with building flexibility, strength, endurance. It is a form of exercise that anyone can enjoy and benefit from, while improving your complete body, mind & spirit!
Our exercise classes also help you escape the anxiety of everyday life, achieve pure relaxation and gain wisdom!
The class is offered on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday, from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m., at Bluff Park. The cost is $12/ session or $40/ month. For your first session, please plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes in advance, in order to register.
